Why sign up for HVAC Preventative Maintenance? Routine service is extremely important for your home’s comfort system for many reasons. Did you know that your homes comfort system statistically will be in the top 5 of the largest investments you’ll make in your lifetime? Did you also know that the majority of in-home costly service repairs could have been avoided with routine service? Just like your car, or other pieces of equipment, regular service is needed. Regular preventative maintenance/service not only prolongs the life of your equipment but saves you money & helps to avoid costly repairs when you least expect them.

I just got a new furnace or air conditioner; do I really need it? Do you still need an oil change on your new car? Even on a new piece of equipment it is recommended to have your furnace & air conditioner serviced both annually as a minimum. With Cedar Heating & Cooling – Our maintenance plans are no hassle, no contract plans. You don’t even have to worry about scheduling to have it done or remembering to do so. Cedar Heating & Cooling takes care of it all!

How does it work? – By jumping over to the contact tab on this webpage & submitting your contact information or simply contacting our office via email or phone and requesting to be enrolled, someone from our service staff will gather some basic information about you and your homes comfort system. Once your system is enrolled, it will be uploaded into Cedar Heating & Cooling service software and come Spring/Fall/Summer/Winter, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient time for your service. No remembering, no writing it on a calendar, & most importantly no forgetting.

I have additional equipment (fireplace, humidifier, etc.) that I want included in my service plan as well, what do I do? The majority of homes have several additional pieces of equipment that need routine service including fireplaces & humidifiers. If this is the case for you, simply bring it up to our service staff to update your portfolio to reflect these changes for a custom catered plan just for you.
